Subscriptions are billed by Apple via your Apple ID, not by us directly.
- To cancel a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund decisions are made by Apple; we cannot directly issue a refund for an App Store purchase.
- To change a payment method, open Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping.
Data and privacy
To request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct anything we have on you, write to privacy@olnesta.com. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Apple’s App Privacy report
iOS 16+ surfaces an App Privacy Report under Settings → Privacy & Security → App Privacy Report that shows the network domains each App contacts. If something there looks off and is not listed in our Privacy Policy sub-processor table, please flag it via privacy@olnesta.com.
Bug reports and feature requests
Useful things to include if you can:
- Which app and version (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → [App name]).
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- A short description of what you did and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if it helps.
